Only 1 Professional Nurse seemed to be on duty in Out Patient Department. 2Drs sitting and doing nothing in the emergency room when the OPD full of patients was allocated to only 1 Dr. To crown it all the was no medication, had to get a private prescription. Our health system is in shambles
