If you Advertises that your Business hours are from 09H00 to 21H00. To drive thru for a long distance and when a person arrives there just after 19H07 you are disappointed to find that you are closed. If your times are amended due to Covid related issues please have the decency to update it.
Nurse on duty was late…then when she came she started chatting with frienda outside for 10min.
Staff were on their phones not wearing proper identification or clothing, very unprofessional.
Staff did not keep their social distance…3 of them were standing right next to me 2 famles and 1 male.
One of the staff femals were on their phone for 5minutes as well.

Not sure if it’s only me, but I tend to be assisted quicker by the floor assistants and cashiers rather than by the pharmacists themselves. They don’t always have my medication in stock and have to wait weeks for them to source it from Pretoria. You stand at the dispensary and aren’t greeted, but overlooked even though you are standing right in front of them.
This pharmacy used to be good, but over the last 6 months every time we have gone there for something they NEVER had stock of what we needed. It’s a joke now and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
