Been there several times , reasonable service since its free,you just have to be Patient and wait your turn.
The service here is poor especially at reception 😫 I got here at before 5 waiting in the line……prayed and cards were collected,my small card was given bk to me 😏 without my file and now I’m being told to repeat the process due to the file not being registered…;…I don’t know how they work but I’ll het the names of the ppl at reception especially lo sis omdala ongumama ofaka izibuko.
Very poor service I’m not lie, was here Monday spoke to consultant told her what’s happening, but she did not check me or whatsoever.. she just gave me pain blocks and allergies, told iv git these at home and I’m taking it.. she just said I’ll be fine.. now today its Friday and I’m only getting worse.
Now I’m back here to try take bloods & check for TB.

Took my 4 year old today for her six month check up, left without any service, racist security guard makes procedures and policy up, when u ask for the manager staff either pretend to be the manager or tell you the manager is not at the clinic, no leadership, staff walk in and out, eating while speaking or assisting you, or are on their phones, 1 guy advised me to rather go to Overport Clinic, its as if staff were trained, to go out of their way, to make people feel unwanted. The experience was unreal and leaves you feeling absolutely helpless.Will rather go to the Overport clinic tomorrow.
