Absolutely no order in this clinic some nurses walk up and down sitting in this line 3 hours no help people come from no were and get put befor you complained to the nursing manager and all I got was maybe she is busy with patient she didn’t even bother to get up and check Wats going on instead I was told I must sit and wait she is in a meeting were is your compassion and care to assist thankfully the nurse finally came and I was seen to to my surprise after waiting for so long I was greeted in a very warm manner by nurse Dlamini and I must say the way she spoke to me and gave me options going forward I totally forgot about how upset I was and angered she just changed my whole mind set so thank you Nurse Dlamin your passion for your work really shows there should be more people like her there the rest they just feel like they are doing us a favour as for the management I will leave it there

Service is very poor in this clinic I recently visited them with my partner we can so early in the morning around 5am hoping to come out early to go to work after that we were number 5 we finished 09h45…and they also do favours for their friends several times I see someone coming late and phone someone inside after that going straight to get service before us…..
