Dr. Richard Albrecht is our family doctor. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and explains things in layman’s terms. He listens to your symptoms and he has always been spot-on with his diagnoses. We have also been to Dr. Richard Jardim who is an excellent doctor too and who has a lovely bedside manner. I can highly recommend both of them!
Mom (aged 76) came in on a Sunday not feeling well from previous consult. Asked for renewed subscription as the problem persisted. Had cold fever and was throwing up. Doctor didnt even bother to lift a thermometer or even check blood pressure. Just renewed script and let her go. All in the while…she actually had tested Positive for Covid. Let her wait in reception and besides not checking her at all or even recommending a Covid test. She landed up in hospital after this. Very pathetic doctor and very pathetic service. Too much effort to take care of a sick patient in a Sunday.
