I’m very disappointed, Dr Thomas doesn’t examine he just prescribe the same medication which is nowhere to be found, no more seeing him.
I’ve been calling their office for two weeks straight to a follow back on my results I still haven’t gotten my results and I’m still sick . I thought private health care was suppose to be efficient but turn out I’m wrong
The waiting time is ridiculous. You wait at least 1 hour even if you don’t choose which doctor to see. If you are in pain or need urgent assistance don’t bother going there. Considering the amount for consultation is now R630.00, you would think the service would be better but it’s terrible.
Doctors also don’t really help and the receptionist are a bit racist and don’t even show sense of urgency.
I’m fuming again at the pathetic service. I had the first appointment 8:30am but the doctor was not there. The receptionist fitted me in with another doctor. And this is not the first time! No ventilation in waiting rooms.
