this man saved me….. he’s genuine and shows pure empathy towards his patients
The nurses are so rude to the elderly, such a disappointed experience
90% of the Drs are unprofessional, it is more about how many people the Drs can see instead of patient care. Drs are rude and could not care less about your health. The Medicross has pushed all the good doctors out and now only hired horse Drs.
Got a call from a debt recovery agency today informing me that Medicross Springs has handed me over for an unpaid medical bill that the medical aid has not paid. Visited Medicross in September 2023. The personel informed us that they will contact us the following day should there be anything to pay as this was on a Sunday. Never heard anything again nor received any correspondance, calls from Medicross till today, assuming the bill was paid by the medical aid. Not proffesional. Don’t make use of Medicross Springs ever.

Doctor called to assist with distress love one off-site who is disabled and doesn’t bother to visit after follow ups done after a week… Force to go see at office to update script and still get charged for non service delivered in the 1st place by the Gp in question😡
People over 80 are no concern to these GPs, disgusting business and live has no meaning anymore clearly!
