Both Dr. Shaun & Dr. Thomas are excellent. They listen, diagnose, reassure, and explain well. The support staff like the Sisters and admin staff are knowledgeable and on the ball. Highly recommended! 🙂
twice now i book an appointment then get attended to an hour later, i mean why have an appointment option if you will not adhere to it?
Recently made an appointment at 11h00, was only seen to as 12h20. An hour and 20 minute wait, the appointment system clearly doesn’t work or not being adhered to.
Waiting areas are packed, queues long, not a enjoyable experience, as you sitting amongst 30 other sick patients for over and hour.
The fact that you make a appointment and then still waiting a hour later is pathetic.
Why do they make bookings for every 15 minutes knowing that the consultation with certain patients will be much longer.
No consideration for the patients work hours.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is being renovated in order to provide a better experience for patients. The new waiting area near the nurse’s station, although still under renovation, is spacious and has ample seating.
