They do not close at 13h00 on a Saturday. I tried to make an appointment and the receptionist kept on telling me she cannot hear me. I climbed into my car just to arrive 15 minutes past twelve where they were busy locking up and saying unfortunately they cannot help me.
I have been to alot of medical centers. I must say this one takes the cup. Horrible experience, the receptionist and nurses were lovely. However the doctor no patience at all, wrote my prescription before even explaining what was wrong with me. I had to ask what he was prescribing for, while he was busy with me he was walking in and out. It’s like he was taking care of more than one patient. Had no patience at all, not friendly. Rushing throughout. Worse customer service ever. If I could rate him lower than 1 I would. The 1 star is for the receptionist and the nurse
