Always friendly and helpful staff. The only practice that would help me when I moved here from Cape Town in 2012.
Absolutely horrible experience. Took an 11 month old baby who got sent home from daycare because she had some form of allergic reaction. Got told we can’t see any of the available Doctors because I did not make an appointment first. I rushed directly from the school to the practice as the teacher was very worried about her getting worse. Was told by the receptionist that unfortunately the Doctor’s pre-booked patients gets preference and I will have to wait. I was not given any indication of how long I will have to wait for assistance. Had to leave after 5-10 min to try and find another practice willing to look at our baby… Shocking that a baby does not get preference in a medical establishment. I will not be back there any time soon.
