Totally very worst hospital I’ve ever seen. Service is totally weak and do not make things any better. I would reallt not recommend this hospital to anybody
My father has been in hospital since 21 of December 2023. Treatment has been poor throughout. With both arm and leg broken he had to lay flat on his back (also eat while on his back) for a month+. Later he got an operation for his leg, considering he is diabetic we do understand that both operations could not have taken place at the same time. However how does a doctor simply say to his patient “your hand needs specialists, you need to learn to use your other hand”. I mean they kept the patient in the hospital for 3+ months and the patient never left their premises. If they carefully monitored their patients i believe they know bones will join and because there is no support structure it will not be straight. Now i just dont know if this is because he is a senior citizen in his 70s and they see no use for him or this is treatment given to everyone. Otherwise for a provincial hospital im highly disappointed.
Keep calling to get a appointment but no answer and if answer and transfer to the department I need it’s not the department they put the call done out of R50 airtime later and still can’t make a appointment with the cardiologist. When going to the hospital they say we need to make a appointment. Please advise what we need to do
