Worst experience ever I came with my 7year old at 9pm which was an emergency I was never attended too I even ended up leaving around 23:30pm without getting any assistance all they do is open a file for you and put you in the waiting area and unfortunately I’m met again with the same fate my sister was brought by an ambulance complaining with short breath and severe pain she’s been here over 2hours already in the emergency waiting area all they did was to open a file and make her wait poor

Just going to advise you find another hospital. I had terrible experiences here, the last was this week being discharged at 11h30pm in pain because of poor communication between Dr n nurses. I’m not interested in mailing their customer service because nothing changes. The hospital is bad, look at all the reviews n I can 100% agree with almost all. If you are looking for a good hospital don’t ever consider waterfall.
Thursday 4 July 2024 – Visit to casualty department a huge disappointment, having to wait for 3 hours in the waiting room, and then another 1 hour wait inside the examination rooms before seeing a doctor with what they categorise as an urgent condition. Will go to Fourways Life in future.
