On Friday 28 June 2024, I had the unfortunate experience of injuring my ankle at work, which landed me in the emergency section at Unitas Hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was met with exceptional care and compassion, particularly from Jason, who works in the emergency administration.Jason was empathetic, patient, and incredibly attentive to my needs. Despite the busy environment, he took the time to ensure that I had all the necessary documentation, even helping me track down a missing page of the IOD forms. His dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service were evident and greatly appreciated during a stressful time. Also, the overall service I received from all the staff members at Unitas Hospital was outstanding. The professionalism and efficiency displayed by the entire team were remarkable. I would also like to extend my gratitude to doctor Stephan Brink, who, despite being extremely busy, managed to attend to all patients with exceptional care. Watching him balance patient expectations with his demanding schedule was truly impressive.Thank you, Jason, Doctor Brink, and the entire Unitas Hospital emergency team, for your exceptional service and dedication to patient care. Your efforts made a significant difference in my experience, and I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care I received.
Clean hospital and service was good
This is the worst hospital I’ve ever been in it’s a netcare hospital but surely it’s more poor than most public hospital,I was admitted there and I was treated unfairly I kept on ringing the bell for help but they kept on coming after 10 minutes, they gave me a xxxxxxL big gown that can’t even fit my mother and whenever they give you medicine they don’t explain anything you just see them putting medication in the drip, night shift nurses were very bad and the only nice thing is the food and kitchen staff are the sweetest but the nurses are the worst, they also gave me a broken bed and the bathroom was so dirty
Main reception is also horrible and
there is no customer care
I don’t recommend this horrible hospital to anyone👎
Great hospital
My dad was admitted in ICU on the 19 June 2024. He was then moved to high care on the 21 June 2024. No one called and informed us that he has been moved. I Went to check him at ICU and the bed was empty and for some minutes no one knew why the bed was empty.
I later learned that he was moved to high car and I found him there. On the same date when I went to check him at 19:15, he was not at high care and I went to the nurse station and they went through the book and found that he was moved to the general ward. No one bothered to communicate before our arrival.
