If i could give this hospital no star i would took my wife last night to casualty high risk pregnancy my wife is in pain they did not treat her at all after 2 hours her gynie is on leave send her to emergency worst place ever. My wife is home waiting for gynie to return on monday. Without treatment please guys stay away
Sunward is too far from worst. As a pregnant woman with a concern I was told to go home with assessment and assistance from the relevant dr.
The GP on call thumbsucked my diagnosis and did to assist me!! On top of that lied and said they’ve booked me with a gynaecologist.
I’m extremely disappointed!
Am so disappointed with Netcare Sunward Park, I received a text from my niece at 02:17am, saying she’s out of nappies for her baby, then I decided to called the maternity ward and asked if can they assist her with few nappies or do I need to drive there, when they said I should bring her nappies at that time, I felt like was dreaming. Am so disappointed I don’t wanna lie, why do we go to private hospitals if we can be assisted with such things?, Was it so difficult to to my niece 2 or 3 nappies for the child? When they said I should bring them, did they consider my safety?.
Once again phenomenal high levels of care. This time from Dr Jacobs- Orthopedic Surgeon Dr Herbst – Aneathetist and all the nursing and other staff who looked after me today. Especially impressed in how the lady who takes the food orders remembered me from my stay over in January. Well done to management
