I did not get the help I needed I’m so angry even know because I went there to get help instead they wasted my time for nothing I’m so hurt coz this is my life😥
Terrible experience at st Augustine hospital this afternoon… A man of colour rushed his wife to the emergency department of the hospital where he carried her out of his car alone and had to put his wife on a stretcher by himself not a single employee assisted him all of them stood there and looked. Not to mention that even in the waiting room while waiting for a stretcher the lady was laying on the floor and no employee had the decency to help.The nurses also took extremely long to bring a wheel chair. I have no relation to the man or the woman who sadly passed away. But what I witnessed today was extremely sad and upsetting and is a real disappointment coming from a private hospital.

A lady was rushed by her husband to the emergency department of the hospital. Upon arrival he had to carry her out of his car alone and had to put her on a stretcher by himself
while all of this was taking place not a single employee assisted him. All of them stood there looking and didn’t bother to assist even after the man called out for help.
While they were in the waiting room waiting for a nurse to bring a stretcher the lady was laying on the floor and no employee had the decency to help her off the floor.The nurses said they would bring a wheelchair but didn’t.
But what I witnessed today was extremely sad as the lady had passed away
this is a major disappointment coming from a private hospital.
I had the worst experience ever,I was in pains from the surgery and nurses ignored twice me when I rang the buzzer. I had leave while I was still bleeding and unstable because of the treatment that I was getting. I still have not healed from the trauma 💔
