What a terrible experience, we took our two year old to the emergency room around 10 pm last night, it wasn’t busy at all and everything was okay until they took us to the cubicle to wait for the doctor, we waited there 50+ minutes until we asked if the doctor had forgotten about us then she came and attended us.
when she finally came, she didn’t even touch our baby and only said “she looks fine to me” she then took her for X-ray and that was it. Occasionally disappearing now and again we even asked x-ray staff if this was normal of the doctor’s sluggish response. Even x-ray staff were attesting to this behavior as her terrible normal sluggish behavior.
We were exhausted by that time and We left around 1 am. Worst experience. Worst!
I have never been so angry ,I came to trauma at around 16:45 and got to see the doctor around 19:00 and had to wait another 30 min at x-rays and had to come back to trauma and wait another 30 min .its as if you’re at a government hospital and yet we pay so much money ,wil definitely won’t be coming back
I had what an amazing professional experience at Lake, Smith& Partners.
From the time(06:30) I entered the hospital, staff were so friendly.
Had MRI, Ultrasound and Xray done.
MRI dept- I was greeted with a smile and so extremely professionally explained how the process will work.
The nurse then walked with me to the Xray dept. She was so caring, she told the person at Xray that I was waiting to be seen.
Yet again another great professional experience at Xray.
I was then directed to ultrasound room.
At the ultrasound, I was attended to immediately and was prepped and explained how the procedure will work.
Iy was such a caring experience.
I have been to many Life and Netcare hospitals, St Augustine really prides on patient care and professionalism.
What an amazing experience.
Well Done to Management and staff for upkeep of great service.
The hospital is so impeccably clean and maintained.
