Would give this hospital zero if I could…. useless doctors that release patients without checking in on them.. 12hrs later we had to rush a family member back to hospital…
Pathetic to say the least. Charging R1780 for a doctor to check you throat and ears, and you need to ask the doctor afterwards if he would mind telling you what is wrong with you. He just left not saying anything but the guy coming into my cubicle with he’s card machine can’t wait for me to pay. Which is actually my personal space!!! You then send a invoice afterwards also! 3 days later another competent doctor diagnosed me woth swine flu! Shocking and incompetent!!
I had my second back operation done at Netcare Pretoria East hospital. With admission everything runs so smoothly at reception. I was just amazed. I received a warm welcome from Ward 13, everybody going out of their way to make me feel comfortable and the care was excellent. In ICU, yes you will get sometimes issues, but by speaking up and by asking politely it was resolved.
