Bad service
Doctor attended to my wife after 2 hours of waiting and this is supposed to be at the Emergency ward..
This is really poor service for people who need Emergency help
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
Their poor efficiency makes one forget that they’re a private institution. Very slow with everything from ER, admissions and even pharmacy. Seeing them using tablets to record a lot of patient info gave me a false reassurance. This is just a government hospital with a private name, period.

Personeel by ontvangs bedbespreekings pateties. Kan jou nie help nie. Lyk meer na wil mens nie help nie. Kry personeel wat die werk WIL en kan doen. Ons besoek daar vandag het slegte smaak in mond gelos.
