The receptionists are so rude my god!!!!
Thank you doctor R Jacks at casualties for saying explicitly that the does not care about any one patient as he has too many casualties, i thought being a doctor means helping people. But not him, saying without remorse the patient can wait for hours because an arrangement was made with the hospital but unfortunately not him….
Not worthy of the name of trauma hospital The ER is shockingly poor. Avoid it if you are having an actual emergency. Went late afternoon on a Sunday. They had one person on triage duty and she had gone to the bathroom and only came back 20 min later. The triage assessment consisted of taking blood pressure, weighing the patient and asking about medication he is on. Did not even glance at the actual wound. Then sent us back to wait. After waiting for more than an hour in a virtually empty waiting area (one other who came after us) without being seen by any doctor or nurse, we left. Spoke to our GP, explained situation, sent photos of wound and she arranged to meet him at rooms and treat him. Just avoid this sad excuse for an ER.
