ER is the worst. Should have admitted my son who was in a terrible condition but send us home only to be admitted in a worse condition. Dokter did not evene check his throught and turns out he had serious tonsilitus. Never trust the ER with your children, go straight to your prefered pediatrician.
Very expensive place to go! Very disappointing service… a private hospital that still issues hand written receipts? Seriously! Had to go back 5 weeks after the event to get a proper printed and itemised statement.
Most of the doctors here are lovely, so no complaint about that. I was booked in Ward Cfor admission becuase I had to get several tests done. The nurses were very unhelpful. After doing a lumbar puncture, I was in severe pain, and hey took 4 hours to bring me the medication my doctor prescribed. This hospital was not the cleanest either in my experience, as I also developed Bronchitis during my stay.
My mom in ward A getting great service from the Doctor..but the nurses WOW it is getting worse. Mom patient along side her was ill and needed help in the bathroom…she called out my mom called no one came to assist. In fact don’t ring for help it won’;t help. Furthermore TV did not work the light behind her did not work. Why do we pay so much for private care when it’s becoming worse that Govt hospitals. NETCARE it is time your audit your facilities…BUSAMED is coming a strong alternative.
