Nurses of ward A (3rd floor) shouting the all day including evening when talking 50 cm to each other and continuing after kindly (the first few times) brining it to thei attention. I am disgusted.
Poor serviceI, I expected a standard of care that, unfortunately, was not met during my recent visit., I stayed there for more than 3 hours without being attended to. The nurse put me in a very busy consultation room, a room where they kept their bed sheets and towels. While I was sitting there waiting for a doctor, people kept on coming in and out without any of them attending to me, it was as if they had forgotten about me. When I said I told the nurses that I wanted to leave they said that casualty on had one doctor whim I never got to see as I left. I am profoundly disappointment with the level of service and feel that this may have been my last visit.
This hospital is the worst private hospital ever. I will never come to this hospital again. What a waste of money! The nurses are very unfriendly; you can’t even talk to them. They laugh and talk about you. They are only friendly before you get admitted, but once you do, they stop caring. They won’t even greet you or anything.
Honestly, I hate this hospital. Even a public hospital is better than this. The doctor sees you once a day for two minutes. When you explain that you are not okay or describe your problem, they just laugh at you and make you feel like a joke. They don’t tell you the test results or anything. They even tell you straightforwardly that they want money. It’s all about money for them. They have no compassion for their patients. The nurses are the worst. Shame. I will never ever go back there. Good luck to people who are still admitted in that hospital.
If you have an emergency, do yourself a favour and avoid this hospital.
