The black woman performing your COVID testing in the basement is now of the rudest I have had to deal with. Zero empathy or bedside manner – and this is my second poor experience with her. I will not be back!

Pretty good and I have always found the doctors to be attentive and thorough. It can be tricky getting an appointment or getting through on the phone. Its useful to have the coffee shop right there while waiting.
I get a statement every month showing R130 outstanding. I| have proven 10 times that this was paid but I get ignored. I have sent 2 emails and phoned twice to request my medical records be sent on to my new doctor. Ignored some more. Highly unprofessional group. Do not recommend.

Dr Blair is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. However, to get a nurse to call you back is a Christmas miracle. And depending who is on duty that day, you will likely be facing snarky comments from one of the Ampath staff
