I phoned the doctors early on a Wednesday morning to get help for my son who has a cough and a fever. I wanted to know if we should get a COVID test done first or what we should do? Should we schedule an appointment first?
The help desk said the doctor will call me back with instructions or a reference letter to test my son for COVID first.
Three days later and no call and no reference letter…
That is not a practice or doctor I can trust. Not with my son’s or family’s life.
