I took blood tests on 6-9-2022, paid for it and are still awaiting the dr to explain my test results, have left various messages, whatsup’ed him, still no call

We have been using Dr van Sittert for many years at Menlyn Med. Great with the Old folks (over 80’s) and the twins love him ( under 3’) . Great service. He actually listens.

Honestly had such a great experience with Dr Volker Lowe. Yhr first doctor to actually listen to how I’m feeling and not just dish out meds without considering all the factors. I’ve been struggling with insomnia and anxiety since I was 3 and most doctors just want to put me on anti anxiety and sleeping tablets that turned me into a zombie, but Dr Volker looked into different options that could fit into my lifestyle and health needs.

I wanted to take my son to see a Dr on a weekend, and this is what was available. After reading the below reviews I was concerned about what my experience would be like. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Steyn van Sittert was kind, thorough, and helped me with my son’;s complicated situation. I had an excellent experience here.

Firstly I gave them my medical history just for them to send me to test for covid while I was suffering from the worst head pain as well as various other symptoms. Got the test back as negative went back to the docter from where he first asked what do I want more medication? I replied what medication since he does not know what is wrong. Eventually he saw me just to go on telling me I have covid even when I had a negative test. Calling us paranoid because of my medical history. We went for bloodwork and he said he will call us the next day. Well it has been 24 hours and still nothing. At least the drip he gave me eventually helped with the pain but my flu symptoms are still there. Will not go to a docter who does not listen, makes you out as if your making everything up while your laying there, can barely speak because of your pain. Never ever have I felt so frustrated with a doctors office!
