Check your bills carefully, they will charge you for visits and when you play not reflect the payment. They have been unable to prove where my credit with them came from and then handed me over to a collector.
The staff are rude and unhelpful, they have made bookings wrong dates on numerous occasions then want to charge you when you don’t show up.
I was a patient here for 10 years and can recommend some of the Drs but can not recommend the facility, they will steal your money.
Dr Fick and Dr Kathrada are friendly and professional, im not sure about the others. If they are off, i will wait until they come back. Im not sure about receptionists, i’ve never seen their smile.
Been going here 25 years. But lately they are rubbish. They say a fish rots from the head and I put the blame on the practise manager and management team, not taking accountability or apologizing when my file was lost by a new member of the team, who didn’t seem to be helped by colleagues, but was blamed instead. R500 for a doctor to fill in some paperwork for me that could have been solved with a phone call. You’ve lost my business and it makes me sad.
You make an appointment then sit and wait for an hour and a half! You won’t see me again. Pathetic beyond compare
