After a pre- appointment was made, i still had to wait for an hour and 14 minutes. I am just fed up with this Medicross outlet. I will not go back! Many people that arrived after me was helped and finished before me. Spare yourselves the frustration. The tecipe is one where the poor doktors are snowed under with appointments and Medicross laughs all the way to the bank!
Had a confirmed appointment today with Dr Britz for 9h15. I showed up at 9h00. I WAITED FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. Eventually I left because I am not going to let her waste more of my time. Absolutely disgusted.
If you make an appointment for 16:00 be prepared to only see the dr at 17:00 then have blood drawn at 18:00. It’s truly ridiculous. What is the point of making an appointment? If i was an hour late for the appointment they would charge me for it. These reception ladies just sont give a flying flip. Not a good look for them.
