I visit Medicross Roodepoort Sunday. It was 11:55 and I was send away😧😭😭😭
Dr Coetsee is always very friendly, patient and professional. A friend from the East has decided to even move to the West because of her experience of the doctor with a heart.
I was at the practise 9 days ago after half my tooth broke off. The dentist smoothed the surface and said that I need a crown. She said that they will submit to medical aid for auth and they will contact me. I checked with reception and they confirmed. I phoned the practise 2 days ago to check on the progress and again I was told that they will phone me back. Still……nothing!!
If you’re unable or too busy to deal with medical aid, then please give the patient the details to obtain auth. This is ridiculous!!
