Dr Joubert is probably the best dentist I have ever had. However the administration in this centre is probably the worst I have ever encountered. They have managed to mess up two back to back medical aid claims and then silently hand you over to debt collection when the medical aid reverses them. Dr Joubert please move to a better place.
The doctors here are the worst doctors I’ve ever come across. On my first visit, I saw Dr Andee, the next 2 visits I brought my husband to Dr Elias, and then today I brought my daughter to Dr Dorman. Dr Andee was nice and professional, useless but very polite. Then Dr Elias was uninterested nje, he didn’t want to see us. He wanted to mark that he saw a patient, then move on with life. Oh, then Dr Dorman today was plain rude. She was not only rude to me but to my 3 year old daughter. She should have never been a doctor, and then she brags about 40 years of experience. This means she is probably over 60 years and should probably be retired by now. Her services are now obsolete.
I would safely say that the doctors in this medicross are a waste. They are useless. Rather, give your money to charity than wasting it here. All these doctors should not be doctors they don’t love their jobs. They are just useles, to be honest.
The disregard for patients time is palpable.
Booked an appointment so as not to have to wait for hours, arrived early to fill in the form etc. 30 minutes after due time doctor finally appears.

This Dentist department won’t be seeing me again due to one bad experience with a dentist there, Dr Crous. What a terrible experience – that basically took a bulk out of my yearly day to day medical benefits for two visits, while I am still struggling with two teeth due to his careless service. He works in a very hasty manner, and does not work on your teeth for longer than 15 to 30 minutes, he rushes and does not take his time to properly investigate the cause of concern or to explain to patients what is going on. I went in for one filling, and he decided to work on another tooth that did not cause me any pain until he worked on it. I had to go to two other dentists to try and repair what the visit to Dr Crous caused. Beware – if they know you have a medical aid, they will put all sorts of extras on your account to see what they can get and then call you to collect the balance outstanding from your personal pocket when your medical aid benefits reached its limit. Rather go to a private dentist who is not part of a hospital group, who won’t exploit your medical aid funds to try and get away with poor service, and who will take extra time and give your medical concern the due time and attention it deserves.
