I don’t know where to start but I’m so frustrated by the dental receptionist who keeps moving my appointment to a different Dr each time me and my husband booked to see a specific dentist. They don’t respect client preference, they assigned you to a dentist that you never booked for. This happened twice with my husband and 3 times with me when I went for my two kids check ups,this can’t be a coincidence so frustrating.
I came and waited 2 hours without being serviced until I left.
I will never go back to this dental office because of the dodgy dentist, Albert Crous.
You will ALWAYS wait 30 min for your appointment. Has never been on time – just take note if you were ever thinking of a quick pop in or if you have other appointments that day. Have waited a full 1.5 hr before my booked appointment. Just a heads up if you are coming in to see a dr.
