Absolutely terrible service from reception!! They are a joke rude and disrespectful
What a mission to get hold of the Dr rooms lines are down not answering the cell phone line!!
Absolutely disgusting experience. The worst collection of “Doctors” in one place I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. And I tried seeing every single one. Not a single Doctor has the first inkling of understanding as to what a bedside manner is, none of them listen; they are rude, dismissive, moody, cold and uncaring. They do not prescribe anything you can’t get over the counter and they treat you like a number – or worse. The feeling I get is that they’re trying to move as many units through the door to make as much money as possible. And the staff at the reception are even worse than the Doctors are. Stay far far away from this place! Self-medication desks from pharmacists will be more helpful. I’m serious.
