If there was a Zero Rating I would have given that. The Reception Staff are a joke.
The Doctor that kept me waiting for 40 minutes writhing in pain while she was chatting to friends in the passage. I hope someone does this to you one day. I walked out and weny to see a Real Doctor. After supporting them for 13 years, I will never go back there.
All in all a terrible experience and just when you think they cant get any worse they prove you wrong.
