Reception staff is absolutely pathetic. Rude, arrogant and they treat you like rubbish and as if you are a criminal. Your reception is first contact and the way they treat people should be a lasting , professional and good experience…you medicross benoni fall far short from this.
Dr Govender is the best. But the rest of the staff are absolutelly useless. Husband is on blood thinners needs stitches is bleeding in the front and they are sitting chatting and not even looking up at us

I have seen some of the bad reviews regarding this place and I cannot, however, agree as I was there today and saw a fantastic Dr Dirk van Niekerk.
I walked in and the receptionist that helped me was efficient and friendly.Filled in the forms, paid and then waited for about 10 minutes and the Dr saw me.
The Dr was exceptionally professional and really helpful in answering all my questions.
After getting my script went to the Clicks pharmacy on site and was served with a friendly smile.
Came from durban. Took my wife here. We are sitting here already for 1 hour in the waiting room because the medicross only has 2 doctors. By all the bad reviews it looks like this is a common issue. I should have rather taken a drive to the hospital. Now I know better. I will be taking this up with the head office once this is over.
