Were turned away today because there is no water in Benoni. With all the water issues in Benoni why have they not put in a water tank or have bottled water for Drs to wash their hands
Booked an online appointment with Dr Koen, paid R300, early morning 6th June, one day later, he has not called back, reseption staff lives up to their reputation of being rude and unhelpfull, i called in they just put you on hold or simply just cut you of, there has been so many complaints about the reseption staff of medicross benoni, in the reviews about medicross benoni, and YET NOTHING GETS DONE ABOUT IT
I had a dental appointment with Dr Mia to have work done on a filling. Appointment @9, this never materialised and eventually after waiting for 30 minutes I left. The previous appointment with her I also waited 45 minutes. No communication or the excuse that the previous patient is running late. The Medicross Benoni is a useless bunch and will never return there. There are better facilities out there unless you are happy with poor service.
