My dealings with them were so frustrating and infuriating I would rather just forget the whole experience completely. Good Lord, they are useless! There receptionist alone will make you wish an early death

I had the most amazing experience in the maternity ward at Mediclinic Victoria. The facility was always clean and tidy. The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. That includes the security, admissions, nurses, doctors, cleaners, caterers…every single person was friendly and helpful. My husband, newborn and I were treated like family. The nurses were so supportive and never judged this first time mom. My experience felt more like a 5 star holiday than a hospital stay.
Terrible service from the medical ward! Nurses are very negligent with no sense of urgency with patients in the ward!
