I had to be at Medi clinic at 6am. I only went to theater at 11am. No empathy from staff and management considering the fact that my last meal was 22.00pm! The meal was horrible, cold and unappealing. I asked for a toothpick twice – still waiting 3hours later. The noise level makes it impossible to take a nap. Staff on duty plays music loud enough to hear from my room. They had group chats right down the passage loud enough for me to hear every word. Service has deteriorated.
Nurses and Doctors are very responsive when you need help
Nursing staff were pleasant and caring but the food left much to be desired even though my husband signed in as a diabetic there was no snacks to keep his sugar level constant and portion size too small. One meal he didn’t even eat. We have been to Busamed in Nelspruit and really there is no comparison
I would like to thank the nurses at high care L, my daughter was admitted from the 18/03/2024 to 27/03/2024 ,Dr Vosloo was very good 😊🤗 and helpful thank you so keep up the good work, Nurse Natasha you are an angel in a human form, nurse Patience ,nurse Gugu,nurse Thandeka, nurse Cynthia,nurse Wandile thank you so much guys for taking good care of my daughter and last but not least the Unit Manager Hazel thank you ❤️❤️❤️
