Quick visit, staff friendly and service was quick. Took the bus service from Sandton square.
I strongly doubt the classification of this hospital as private… Such poor service… Waiting 1 hour just for someone to attend to you at the admissions desk. They don’t even bother to explain why you haven’t been attended to. You can hear them talking to each other, saying they are leaving, but they made you wait for an hour already or they were thinking I don’t understand the language maybe? Be very desperate if you come to this hospital, that way you will be able to tolerate the service

WELL DONE. all my previous issues have been resolved there was ample parking for handicapped the staff were attentive and great. Especially Samantha who is amazing at customer service.
I went in for an operation so o was visiting the place fo a couple days and the improvements from a few months ago are evident.
After construction ends I’m sure it will be a 5 star no Brainer.

2 years old was admitted into hospital with severe chest infections and put on oxygen at 11:00 on April 18 2024. It is now 11:00 on April 19th. An entire day admitted and have not seen a single doctor. The only reason there is 1 star is because the nurses were wonderful. Pathetic service.
Most useless hospital ever i vomitted no one wanted to assist me and the nurse told me she wont assist me and walked away, then they phone me 2 weeks later saying i should pay????? I will never go back there – was there with ym baby and the doctor was so useless told me i dont know what in doing as a mother. I hope our country gets better medical care. Useless usless hospital. If you want to die go there by all means.
