The hospital deserves a 5 start nurses deserve more then a 5 star the reason for my review is because of the urologist DR N***o* please he is negligent and arrogant he operated on my husband without looking at hes CT scan how does one even do that??? He operated on my husband for a kidney stone not once but twice and there were still stone left behind I eventually went to another doc and on research of this doc heard some horror stories I haven’t had the time to consult with lawyers yet but he really is the reason any beautiful establishment like midstream would get a bad name. Hang your coat up doctor before you kill or damage someone. What would’ve been one op and 3 days on hospital took my husband 3 weeks in hospital and weeks of recovery because of your negligence.
I have been in Mediclinic Midsteam from 08 April this year. I have only been given the best treatment from the cleaners up to the specialists. Yes, there are times when you ring a bell and the nurses don’t pop up like genies. Just remember there are other patients too. I feel like I’m living in a hotel. I take my hat off to all the staff dealing with all the difficult patients. Well done!
0/10 experience. I would rate it a 0 if i could. Unprofessional and lack of organisation and knowledge. Nurses failed to provide understanding on procedures and blamed me for lack of knowledge. Not a friendly environment at all.
Lunch order missed, wrong breakfast, food and beverages cold not to even mention how long it takes to get discharged. Looks good from the outside but service is really poor.
My husband was in Ward 2 Surgical. He had surgery and a sling to his right arm. He could not help himself to pass urine and they just dumped the urinals next to his bed as well as the food. The day staff were fine but the night staff were so incompetent. Nursing is not a calling in Midstream, they do you a favour for which you pay. These reviews are also a joke because management will not improve this situation. I am a retired nurse and nursing has gone down the tubes especially in this hospital.
