The doctor in casualty was great. What was shocking was that twice I was sent for, it was the wrong patient and I had to keep asking the nurses to connect my drp. The worst was that on my discharge form the wrong procedure was entered.
Nursing staff unfriendly. Questionable practices by Doctors.
Cleanliness is poor
This hospital is very clean
Please, if you can, stay away and pray to God, you don’t end up in Surgical Unit 1!!!!
Thank the Lord for Sister Lettie, who is failed miserably by her colleagues (who would be more at home in a tea club with all the chatter and skinder). One would get better rest and recovery in a shebeen!
Should have gone to Waterfall instead when offered the opportunity in ER.
If describing the nursing staff as incompetent it would be flattering!
For my wife to be treated by the brilliant Dr Taban is a privilege and we are grateful for his demeanor and specialist care. But he is not a miracle worker when the nursing staff cannot even hold together my wife’s file (it was handed to the doctor in a plastic bag and fell apart when handed to him) and we lost his precious time in assessing my wife. This is day 2. Stay tuned.
Praises to ER and Radiology though🙏🏼
