I was admitted for the spine surgery and the doctors and nurses were very helpful and friendly. But only one nurse ruined everything, shewas very rude and disrespectful because she left me at the toilet without any help and she went away. I tried to call her she didn’t come. So I struggled to go back to the bed and I rang the bell again and another nurse came and I told her that I want the one who took me to the toilet. After a while she came and I asked her why did she leave me while I was at the toilet while she knew that I will need help and she said she wanted to go the bathroom so I’m like you went to the bathroom leaving me alone and you know that I am not okay and you know I needed help. I was so angry and she said sorry and I didn’t accept her apology 😭😭😀
I got the best service, everyone was so helpful and very professional. Very neat ER.
Friend currently admitted to midstream. She was supposed to go get IV antibiotics yesterday morning and then go to theatre at 19:00. This hospital will be paid for admitting a patient but they did not treat a patient. Still waiting to go to theatre for to drain fluid. Possible septicemia after a spider bit her but WHO cares about the patient???? Midstream will get their money for 1.5 days providing a bed.
