My wife had to sleep on the floor for seven days after my little boy was admitted, when she request bedding with other moms in floor seven(7) on the 22nd of may 2024 they where told that is either you in or out this place is for people who pay less medical aid options said the section head nurse. All to find that my wife always prefers them she always say they treated her good when she was in for child birth. She asked me that I didn’t know I told her that I didn’t know either. but I didn’t like the way they treated my family thanks God they have been discharged today “never and never again”

The service at casualty sucks! I have been here for the past hour and have not been attended as yet.no sense of emergency here!…the reception lady is so not friendly as well.what is the point of emergency and we not quickly attended?
My mom has been admitted in this hospital since the 17th of April with severe spine pain, she can’t even walk or do anything she is attended when the nurses feels like it… And we’ve been told that they waiting for GEMS for authorisation but I called GEMS the previous week to make a follow up but nothing was sent to GEMS, I called again today but still no codes or procedures where sent to them, she is in constant pain, I am guessing that they enjoying seeing they patient in pain and not getting proper care and treatment. The nurses in the surgical ward I am not even sure if they are trained for this kind of work, she rang an emergency bell just today at around 14:03 but was attended at 15:55 after I had called them an the respond I got was that she is in “NO PAIN”!!! I could go on with how bad off service is given in that hospital but I would then be risking her well-being…
I don’t understand why is it classified as a private hospital but the service is worse than public hospitals.
