My seun was n pasient daar! Ek sal na geen ander Trauma eenheid gaan nie. Die staff en drs is hoogs opgeleide professionele mense wat net die beste diens en aandag gegee het. Dankie!
Bad first-time experience ever! From the reception to the Dr. I could not believe I was at the private healthcare. Nurses were friendly and professional though. The Administrator guy with beards was something else. The so-called Dr yeerrr! 18 April 2024 is the day I regret visiting this healthcare.
Clean hospital, they have been renovating. The staff are all amazing and helpful.
Yesterday my husband ended up in the emergency room. Our experience with the medical field has always been terrible with doctors and nurses being horrible and impatient. But to our wonderful surprise, the reception man (didn’t get his name) and nurses were all AMAZING! So gentle, kind and truly concerned with patients’; wellbeing. A special shout out to nurses Portia and Nomlindelo, as well as Wayne from Pathcare. You have restored our faith in the medical community.
Admission was smooth, except for the same questions asking over and over and over again!
Hospital staff in ward F was really not good. With the exception of one or two, most of them were incompetent. If you don’t ask for help, or anything you need, you will have to go without it or do it yourself.
The list goes on, but all I can say, is that I was very disappointed with the whole experience at LLH. They need to up their game and get more excellent trained staff.
Just to add, at the pharmacy where I had to go and fetch my medicine myself, the pharmacist assistant couldn’t explain to me what the medicine was for!!!!
Unexceptable!!!!!!!
