Generally very good with kids, but man so cold and don’t even speak and acknowledge us properly when we rushed my mother in due to not being able to breathe properly. Had to drive her to cape gate rather. Nurses on duty have no skills in dealing with patients, I’ve seen a better caring side in government hospitals
Terrible experience this morning when I called the ER for my sick toddler. It is shocking how the quality of service has dropped at Louis Leipoldt.
I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly grandmother, who had a deeply distressing experience at Louis Leipoldt Mediclinic. The nurses’ behavior was not only unprofessional but also downright cruel. They laughed at her, degraded her, and refused to assist her when she needed to use the toilet. This lack of basic compassion and respect is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. My grandmother deserves to be treated with dignity, and it’s infuriating to see her subjected to such inhumane treatment. I hope the hospital takes immediate action to address this issue and ensure no other patient has to endure such mistreatment.
DISGUSTING.
If there was an option for zero stars I would give it. Not sure what the point is of an emergency room, if actual emergencies aren’t treated as such. You need to be dead before you reach the ER, maybe then they might actually assist in reviving you. My grandmother was having a stroke – no medication or assistance was given. Their prognosis was she seems okay but they not sure. We went to another hospital immediately where it was confirmed that it was a stroke and she received treatment. Thanks for nothing.
