Unfortunately very disappointed with some of the nursing staff at Critical Care Unit F. We were visiting my great grandmother today (01/04/2024 @10h15) and took a photo of her because we have family that live far and are unable to visit because of that so that they can see what she looks like and how she is doing. We were very rudely told that we are not allowed to take photos and did not even get a chance to explain why we were taking a photo. We were unaware that we are not allowed to take photos as there is no notice anywhere saying that we are not allowed to take photos. I feel like the nursing staff could have been more polite while explaining that to us but instead were very rude about something we didn’t know!! Please get a sign saying ‘NO PHOTOS’ or at least educate your staff that have to work with people everyday on how to treat people correctly. We did not believe it when other family members told us the nurses were rude and that is why they no longer come to the hospital to visit my grandmother but today we saw it first hand. Honestly very disappointing because it is already a sad time for us and they really just made it worse!!
Emergency unit staff and services is in all honesty the most unprofessional that we have ever encountered.
Worst hospital ever!!! Don’t take your loved ones there. They leave patients that need urgent care without help, no nurse or doctor came to see my friend when she was admitted at the hospital unless we called in a nurse. They were very unhelpful and ended up being discharged without being helped or given any medication, only drip they specialise in that. Worst hospital!!!!
Spent time in ICU and the nurses and doctors were fantastic.
