Doctors and nurses cared for my Dad so well and I’m extremely grateful for this.
Following my visit to the Emergency Care unit at Brits Medi Clinic I received a call from a friendly Consultant who called to check up on my well being following my hospital visit. I must say that I was lost for words because of all the medical centers I have visited in the past, no center had ever called to check on my recovery.
In addition they provided a platform for me to rate their service and advise on any improvements that they should implement. This is Client service at its very best. Please do keep it up.

Thank you to all the staff in ward A. The nurses where so kind and caring. This was my first time in a hospital and I can say with confidence that I felt very safe and cared for. The hospital was also very clean and the cleaning staff cleaned continuously through the day. I would definitely recommend this hospital.
