Disgusting it’s hell in real life don’t bring a family member there even if if it’s an emergency go to another one
I’m sharing my gratitude to all the Nurses and Doctors who took initiative towards saving my life on the 03/03/2024 .A big highlight to the Casualty Department there’s an Outstanding team there . To all the people that dealt with my case you guys were amazing except for 2 Indian Nurses who teased my dress due to the fact that I couldn’t take it off with the Comment of “she thought she was going to a party “ none the less that doesn’t outshine the wonderful experience I had in my 3 days stay.
Big ups to the (Day shift ) nurses in Ward 9 those people work twice as hard hope one day they will get some recognition.
On the 7/02/2024, my 75 year old dad who was in heart failure was throwing up blood. We had a doctors note as well as the Clinic referrel for hospital treatment. We where at Casualty from 11am. He sat in a wheelchair for 6 hours, limp and frail, throwing up into a vomit bag, while doctors and nurses didn’t even look at his file or him. He was the oldest patient there, yet the nurses refused to give him a bed when it became available, telling us we full of drama and we must Voetsek and we can wait 2 days for treatment. At 6pm, at the change of doctors, one doctor said that the nurses control the beds and he can’t do anything. He said to also wait for a specialist and no idea when that will be. We then decided to take my dad and leave because we couldn’t subject him to that cruelty anymore. We brought him home. The next day, we got a doctor to come home to treat him. My dad passed on the 9/02/2024, peacefully in the comfort of his home surrounded by family that loved him and a doctor that gave him love and care till the end. To the nurses and doctors that worked casualty at Gandhi on the 7/02, you are a bunch of demons from hell, that have no empathy or any professionalism. I pray that one day, you and the ones you love will be cursed with the same treatment that you give out. You, the staff have made the hospital a living nightmare for people that are forced to entrust their lives into your evil hands. May the cruelty you dish out, come back to you tenfold.
