Worst hospital ever starting from the security guards, nurses and not forgetting the doctors ,they have no empathy, compassion or an once of care in them ,to all the heartless staff of this hell hole remember you reap what you sow it wont be too long before one of your family members are treated the way you treat the sick, frail and elderly patients that come knowing they are in capable hands ..This hell hole that’s called a hospital should be shut down.
Went to drop off an elderly lady in casualty this Sunday. She is a friend’s mother, whom we call Aiya [granny]. Was questioned by the guard outside casualty as to why I was there and what her name was, and because I did not know her right name, it seemed as though I was a liar. Also requested a bank statement for this very elderly woman prior to treating her? Why? Made her children run around for this. She is a Sassa recipient and old! Had she waited for an ambulance, it would be forever. It seems like it is an issue now if we drive in to casualty and park on the side, just for her kids to admit her and leave. Same issue when we were told to pick her up. Ask your guards to carry the patients to and from the car, and unfortunately, we don’t go around asking people for their right names, etc, when there is an emergency! Feel so sorry for those who are forced to visit this hospital! Clearly, it’s not run by hospital administrators but by grade D security guards.
I’m a chronic patient at this hospital. There are to many good and tooooo many bad things to say
The chart office takes their own time with things which delays the process of seeing the doc by an hour or so. Instead of collecting 50 cards at a time to 20 at a time and send them away to where they need be.
The dispenser lord where do I begin let’s say at times your wait here is longer than the time it will take to see a doc. I sat for 4 hours for meds
Doctors are efficient and well educated in helping thr best they can but overall efficiency and quickness of everyone is slow. If they change those things around it will be a pleasant and quick for everyone.
