Great facility..booked premium wellness package..Dr. Khoda is limiting in knowledge and has attitude doesn’t know difference between HbA1c and FPG test and says it’s more advanced and instead of answering says the administrator will explain and later blame marketing for not including FPG in the package…whoever is higher up in the management get better doctors…it’s a new establishment and needs strong experienced doctors..I paid 120k for me and my wife for a premium wellness package and when asked to include Fasting blood glucose I was asked to pay ksh650 each extra…seriously is it a joke..are you here just to make money??? Worst customer service u follow up on the tests and with doctors even for the wellnesspackage …they charge for hope package yet their equipments like nanorgam and 2D echo don’t work….shame on the management

Horrible experience. Very disorganized. I wish I could give it a 0 star review. Please don’t waste your TIME and money going to this hospital. I was looking for other places to go get the full body checkup while waiting for other tests to be done – it was that bad. Firstly , I wasn’t informed about the fasting period and had to reschedule my checkup to the next day. Then, on the rescheduled date, I arrived at 9:45 AM and started getting the tests done hours later – 11 something, almost noon. This was after they insisted the day before that I should make sure that I should get there early. The lab was the worst, there was no queue and the process wasn’t organized. The final straw was that the lab lady didn’t want to give me some privacy to change for the pap-smear, she acted offended when I asked for some space and that’s when I decided to leave. I didn’t take this test. The dentist was also busy with another procedure and I was told to wait for half a hour (would have most likely been an hour and above) and therefore I didn’t take this test too. Neither did I go for the doctor’s consultation which I was told would happen 3 to 4 hours later.

There’s something seriously wrong with the way they deal with individuals who are going for the wellness check. I would urge you to go elsewhere if you value your time and don’t want to be treated as if a service provider is doing you a favour by offering a service you will pay for.

Great facility with both GPs and highly specialised doctors. Please note that particular experts may be available on certain week days ( otherwise for proximity or availability options consider the main hospital). Very supportive and accommodating staff. On-site pharmacy makes it very convenient for the prescribed meds sourcing. Paediatric practitioners are available as well. Very well equipped and has its own lab. Very positive experience.

Their coordination is poor. I waited for one hour as other patients skipped – the customer service counter looked less bothered to even check.
