I had a poor communication feedback on my wellness package I did with them. They took my sample for the tests on 4th of May 2024. Today is 26th of June and I have not received any results or communication! I am the one doing the follow up to get my results. Completely unacceptable. This is the third time I am following up!
This is only for the radiology technician for June 5th; arrogantly refused to put ANY protection on my young daughter when x-raying her arm and shoulder even though protective gear was available in plain site. Shame on him for refusing standard x-ray protection just to lessen his workload and not having enough common sense in wanting to protect the young. Someone like that should not be working in patient care. Beware.
Paediatric doctor was amazing. Pharmacy was so disorganised took a very long time. Waited almost an hour with a child for one medication.
I did my MRI scan and I was told my report will be sent the next day and that wasn’t done. Well I hope the hospital can deliver as promised because some of these tests are very urgent.
It’s a mass here. Before to visit a doctor, you have to be registered at cashier desk. And there is a long long queue, as only 2 cashier desks are open. And there are around 13 clients in the queue. Very bad organization. So, you have to be aware that it’ll take you around 40 minutes to visit a doctor
