My daughter was admitted over Easter weekend for 6days. Every person went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable at all times. Pediatric ward…wow ladies! I can only say thank you for all the care and compassion you’ve put in. Pediatricians, both of them were excellent and listened to all concerns. Kitchen staff went out of their way to make sure my picky eater enjoyed each and every meal.
I was admitted for a day procedure, from admission to discharge did get the best treatment..all staff was polite and friendly and very helpful even in theatre all awesome ppl..
Last night I rushed a friend in with severe abdominal pain, and we were promptly assisted by Dr Marais in Casualty, from the reception to the all the nursing staff in the Casualty area were very helpful and polite, what was most amazing was that I couldn’t drive home and they set me up with a safe and warm place to sleep the night, Nathi in the surgical ward went out of his way to arrange a blanket for me and a warm cup of coffee, huge thank you to everyone who were so friendly and helpful, keep up the good work guy’s…. I would give 10 ***** if I could
I was once operated in this clinic in 2010 07 20 in this hospital. I had right hip replaced. I can recommend anyone to be treated or operated here,the service was outstanding and they service you with a smile,no complaint. All the best my former clinic!!
