I have been there a few times and the doctors and staff are amazing. I recently went in for gallstone removal and everyone who assisted me from start to end made everything so smooth. The nurses, Doctor’s, even the cleaning and kitchen staff.
My son got discharged just after 12 noon. Its 15:25 we got medicine to take home. I have been waiting for 2 and a half hours. This is very poor services from the hospital… And staff. If i ever have to bring a child in i will rather trasfer them to another hospital. Bad services
The staff from the reception to the nurses are all very kind and willing to go the extra mile. Very happy to know that you are in good hands when you are there.
My mom got sent to Bedford hospital for xrays. She is diabetic. She was taken there early before breakfast and left there until 17h00 without food or water the whole day. When she was discharged she was supposed to be issued with a script, which they didn’t do. This has led to a repeat of the problem. Your care needs too much improvement, or get out of the business.
